We make sure that your order is printed to GRACol standard specifications and is the quality our customers come back for. However, printing is not a perfect science and in the occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and if required reprint it.
What you should do when you receive a product that is perceived to have defects: Notify us by calling (702) 485-1191 within 24 hours of your receipt of the items. Our Customer Service will take the details of your order and begin an investigation. They may ask for documentation and photos of the product as you have received them. A Manager will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If upon investigation we determine that we made an error, we will reprint it. We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting.
